Langdon Wins the Albert Sauveur Award
Prof. Terry Langdon receives the Albert Sauveur Achievement Award from Dr. Lawrence C. Wagner, President of ASM International, at the annual ASM meeting in Detroit, Michigan, on September 27, 2007. This award is given annually by ASM for research that has led to a marked advance in the knowledge of materials. The citation reads "For pioneering research in the processing of ultrafine-grained metals by severe plastic deformation and for fundamental investigations into the properties of materials processed by equal- channel angular pressing."
